Nashville, TN -- (December 4, 2008) - Fresh off their "Million Voices Tour" and just a few weeks after the release of their first-ever holiday CD, BarlowGirl is relishing in the theme of their project as they are now truly Home For Christmas. Being on the road this summer and fall non-stop, the talented sister-trio of Rebecca, Alyssa and Lauren Barlow, are enjoying time at home during the holiday season. Yet, the girls can't sit still for too long as they're also excitedly working on their next studio record, slated to release in July of next year. Further details will be announced in the coming months.

I'LL BE HOME FOR CHRISTMAS.....
Making a Christmas record has been a dream of the girls since their youth, so the recent release of Home For Christmas has definitely had BarlowGirl ready for the holiday season for quite some time. The acclaimed CD, produced by long-time friend Otto Price (GRITS, dcTalk) and arranged by Price and BarlowGirl, has quickly proven it is ideal for ushering in the holiday season not only for this year but for years to come.

Stellar reviews have come in from the media, calling this album "Timeless!" "Beautiful!" "Amazing!" "The must have Christmas album of 2008!" Read on....

"Home for Christmas does everything right with perfect harmony, a jazzy pop, big band, classical mix type of style that...glows and a sense of passion that sadly, many Christmas releases lack. Bottom line - BarlowGirl delivers the must have Christmas album of 2008."
- About.com

"In a word, beautiful. BarlowGirl has clearly put more thought and effort into this album than most of the Christmas offerings from their peers. As a result, it's one of the year's most pleasant surprises."
- Christian Music Today

"Home For Christmas is an amazing piece of work. It is easily going to become one of my favorite Christmas offerings. The Barlow sisters have shown great maturity and vocal virtuosity....How lucky we are to share in such a lovely gift."
- AlphaOmegaNews.org

"Beautiful. Classic. Timeless. All three of these words perfectly describe Home for Christmas. From beginning to end...a whirlwind adventure with all the bells and whistles any seasonal project should have. Keep Home for Christmas close by this holiday!"
- JesusFreakHideout.com

"The latest release from BarlowGirl makes me wish Christmas came more than once a year...at least if I could get albums like this. With a hint of wonder, a lot of Christmas spirit, and overflowing with praise for God, Home For Christmas is a splendid holiday treat."
- BackseatWriter.com

"If you want something a little more modern...listen to Barlow Girl's Home for Christmas. The ladies do a spectacular job of breathing new life into classics."
- Beliefnet.com

MILLION VOICES AND MERCY MINISTRIES
BarlowGirl spent two solid months this fall on the road promoting their "Million Voices Tour," hitting 33 markets across the nation from California all the way to New Jersey. This unique tour was a huge success as the girls reached thousands of fans with their music and ministry. The "Million Voices Tour" also supported Mercy Ministries, an organization close to the hearts of Rebecca, Alyssa and Lauren. The ministry provides hope and healing to young women who are seeking freedom from life-controlling issues such as addictions, depression, eating disorders, and abuse, and BarlowGirl took every opportunity to share with their audiences about the organization, encouraging them to get involved.

ETC...
The girls have also been able to share their music and ministry with the readers of Brio Magazine, as they are featured on the cover of the December issue (cover below).
